Tameka is a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and Executive Trainer. As a Facilitator, she administers the Prepare/Enrich assessment to couples as well as provides feedback and follow-up sessions. As an Executive Trainer, she trains those who work with couples to become facilitators. This assessment is proven to decrease the risk of divorce by 30%. For over 40 years and serving over 4 million couples, Prepare/Enrich has provided Facilitators and couples with data-driven relationship insights on which to build resilient relationships.
The Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Workshop is a certification training for clergy, clinicians, premarital counselors, college students, and anyone who works with couples or desires to. This workshop provides the necessary skills to effectively review and use the Prepare/Enrich assessment in working with seriously dating, engaged, and married couples.
As a Certified Facilitator, you will be able to assist couples in strengthening their relationship by working through a 4 to 8-week curriculum that fosters communication in areas related to conflict resolution, financial matters, parenting, intimacy, relationship roles, marital expectations, and spirituality.
We offer facilitator certification workshops virtually throughout the year. If our scheduled workshops do not work with your schedule, we are happy to discuss group training for your church, ministry, coaching or counseling practice, or organization to determine a date that works best for you.
