A leader, visionary, and entrepreneur, Tameka Shelone serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tameka Shelone Ministries & Enterprises, LLC, where she integrates her Christian faith with her professional coaching, counseling, and consulting services to individuals, couples, and entrepreneurs. She is the founder and senior pastor of Impact Nation Global Ministries.

Tameka’s passion and purpose are to empower, educate, encourage, and equip believers to live their best lives spiritually, personally, and professionally; helping them to unlock their full potential and unleash their God-given greatness. Through her ministry gifts of prayer, preaching, and teaching, Tameka is fulfilling her mission by spreading the Gospel and sharing God’s love around the globe.

Tameka’s testimony of survival from relational trauma and her personal healing journey led her to discover a greater call to soul work, inner healing for women. Affectionally known as “The Soul PractitionHer,” Tameka prescribes kingdom principles and practical tools to help women heal their M.E.S.S. (Mind, Emotions, Spirit, Soul) and break free from the emotional bondage of their past. On this journey, women find inner peace and freedom as they reclaim their lives, rediscover their power and voice, and return to a healthy sense of self.

Tameka is a graduate of Bowie State University with a bachelor of science degree in communications and Liberty University with a master of arts degree in marriage and family counseling. After receiving her ministerial license in 2007, she pursued ministry training at Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology.

Tameka has received numerous recognitions and awards over the years, including New Teacher of the Year for the District of Columbia Public Schools (2000) and the Soul Wealth Torch Award (2017) for her service and excellence in ministry from Dr. Vikki Johnson’s Soul Wealth Academy.

From Trauma to Triumph: Healing the Unspoken Wounds, Tameka’s debut body of work (#1 bestseller), was released in June 2021.
